The Cyber Security Report 2015, realized by CIS-Sapienza (http://www.cis.uniroma1.it/en) and by the Cyber Security National Laboratory of the National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics (https://www.consorzio-cini.it/lab-cyber-security) introduced the National Cyber Security Framework. 

The Framework is based on the NIST Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity (http://www.nist.gov/cyberframework/) and is the result of a Public-Private-Partnership.
